Pay Dashboard

Pay Dashboard is a new interactive payslip platform which enables employers to send pay details to their teams online. Employers subscribe to the secure online portal, which is personalised in their brand style, and then upload their team’s data and salaries. Payslips are generated automatically, and an email lets employees know when their payslip is ready.

Staff log in to view their payslip and can also see a wealth of information about their finances, as well as any personal messages from the accounts team. They can also view their payslip via a branded app. For employers, the platform provides an intelligent dashboard so that they can view all their salary data via simple, clear and dynamic infographics.

Pay Dashboard was keen to roll-out its innovative platform and boost subscriptions from amongst blue-chip organisations across a wide range of sectors. The task was to create a direct mail piece based on Pay Dashboard’s simple brand style to make the point that the printed payslip has come to the end of its useful life.

The direct mail piece we created was ironically designed to mimic a printed payslip using a security print background based on the Pay Dashboard logo. The block colours of the Pay Dashboard brand were used inside the mailer, and the product was explained using simple language. Variable data printing enabled the contents to be personalised with the recipient’s brand showing what the Pay Dashboard app could look like for their company.
