Insurance brokers IRS specialise in insolvency risk which they deliver alongside a range of services with an HQ in Nottingham and several office bases around the UK. The company was lacking a strong presence online and was looking for a mobile-responsive website with a content management system (CMS) to enable team members to update it easily.
The task was to create a clean website that was made easy to navigate using stylised photography representing the different types of risk in an imaginative visual way. A number of items were chosen to represent the core values that underpinned the brand, such as a padlock for security, a tailor’s dummy for bespoke solutions, and a magnifying glass for attention to detail.
The design made use of the IRS brand colours of blue and green with plenty of white space to enable the layout to breathe. A suite of new fonts was introduced to make sign-posting fresh and easy to follow. The site was built using WordPress which, with a little training, became intuitive for the team to use via their own log-in passwords.
“We were delighted with the new website that agencypds created for us. It helped us to organise our products and services in a way that was easy for customers to navigate. The images that were chosen to represent our values brought some interest to a subject which we thought might be difficult to visualise. The design team did a great job in bringing our brand to life online, and it is now really easy for everyone to update the areas of the site that they are responsible for.”
